Baseball season is officially underway and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans are already on a roll! The team has started the season off right with wins against the Charleston River Dogs and The Frederick Keys. Gather your Seaside Grove neighbors and celebrate Irish heritage this Saturday, March 12 at the28th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Each year, about 30,000 spectators join in the fun and enjoy a variety of street vendors, live music, children’s area with rides and amusements.
The event kicks off with a parade, which begins at 9:00 a.m. at the BiLo at the Beach shopping center on Main Street and proceeds east towards the ocean on the west bound lane of traffic. Click here to see a map of the route. Continue reading

Savannah’s Playground at Grand Park is now open just eight miles from Seaside Grove apartments! The fully-accessible playground includes a water area, harmony music park, zipline, challenge ropes and traditional park. The playground is an “enabling park” that children with mental and physical disabilities can also enjoy. Named for a local young lady with Williams Syndrome, Savannah’s Playground is a great addition to the local community and fun experience for the entire family!
