- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Application Fee: $50 per Leaseholder, Non-Refundable
Beach Pass Fee: $250 per Apartment, Non-Refundable
Rental Deposit: $200, Refundable
(Please provide two separate checks: one check for fees, one for deposits.)
Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment, breed restrictions apply.
(Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, Shar Pei, Mastiff, Ferrets, any exotic animals or reptiles, any animals prohibited by local ordinances.)
