Local Dog-Friendly Activities

August 4, 2017

There are plenty of options for dog-lovers who want to chase after some fun. Here are a few ideas to show you the best spots for a doggone amazing time!

Make your walks a little more fun with some pet-friendly activities for some quality dog-time. Take a stroll over to our local dog friendly restaurants, or make your way to Myrtle Beach where dogs are allowed before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. until Labor Day.

Take a fast 10-minute drive over to YMCA’s Dog Park, where you’ll find shade as your dog socializes in one of the yards specifically designed for small or large dogs. Checkout a list of dog parks with reviews to see what the locals recommend!

We love our four-legged friends! Bring your dog to the office for a treat, or take them to our bark park and let them run free! We provide a quarter-mile walking trail around the pond, perfect for a relaxing walk where your curious dog can sniff the turtles and ducks. Keep an eye out for our pet stations throughout the community – we want to keep everyone safe and clean!

We hope you found some inspiration for the next adventure! Have fun exploring all of the convenient opportunities to enjoy a nice day out with your pet!

Summer Date Night Ideas

July 21, 2017

It’s time to ditch your routine movie night and bring some adventure into your date nights with exciting specials happening around Seaside Grove this summer! July is full of fun events and deals, so take a look at some of our recommendations and treat your date to something new.

Try one of our local favorites, 21 Main at North Beach Plantation, for a romantic and unforgettable dining experience. Make reservations and arrive early as this restaurant’s reputation has made it one of the most popular spots in the area. Don’t worry, the elegant atmosphere and award-winning bites make it well worth the wait. We suggest ordering one of their best seasonal cocktails, the watermelon mojito along with a shared plate of the impressive Tomahawk Ribeye, which is 40 ounces of beef! Finish the spread with the Lobster Bacon Mac & Cheese, which won first place for last year’s Taste of the Town awards. Continue reading
